- - Connecting dryers in a system
It is possible to connect, for example, 16 'SOLARIS 1' dryers in one system, and to obtain in such way 45 cubic meters of useful volume. When connecting dryers to one system, a rationalization is made in a way to connect two dryers on one processor, which means that two dryers will complete the process of drying at the same time, so it is adviseable to charge them with the same product. The system can be used for drying up to 8 different products at the same time, or bigger quantities of same product.
All drying processes are controlled by microprocessors installed in the dryers, and connected through communication modules which can be distant up to 1km.
This system can operate with two, four, six, eight, ten, twelve, fourteen or sixteen dryers, preserving always the same quality of dried product.
There is also a possibility of wireless connection of dryers in one system, without any limitations in number of dryers or the distance between them. For instance, one dryer may be located in Argentina, and the other one in Serbia, and they still can operate as one chamber, or they can operate and perform their tasks independently.
